Customer Service / Magazine Fulfillment
Position Posted: April  2005

Position Description: Full time. Job duties include phone and online customer service/sales skills; retrieving and handling all incoming customer e-mails; entering orders and renewals. Work with team to insure great customer service. This position will provide opportunities and growth for years to come.

Skills: Hands-on computer experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail and the Web. Ability to handle several tasks at the same time in a proficient manner. Excellent communication and phone skills. Knowledge of the Quickfill fulfillment system a plus. Hands-on knowledge of BPA Audit practices and publishing business experience a plus.

Benefits: For full-time employees, health plan (including partial dental) for the "employee" after three months of employment, in addition to retirement plan, vacation and standard benefits. All other benefits information available in the employee handbook.
