PEARL RIVER, N.Y., March 6, 2000 - SYS-CON Expects its Revenue to Double in 2000 with Better-Than-Expected Advertising, Subscription and Newsstand Sales and the Introduction of Two National Conferences.
SYS-CON Publications, Inc., announced today its First Quarter, 2000 advertising sales results. Sales increased 180% compared to the first quarter of 1999. This significant jump in ad sales came from the company's flagship publication, Java Developer's Journal, and the new publications SYS-CON added to its portfolio during the second half of 1999. The company's online advertising sales also showed significant increase during this quarter. SYS-CON follows the calendar year as its fiscal year of operations, and total quarterly revenues will be available at the end of this month.
